Everything was spot on.

The service was excellent, with helpful staff who went out of their way to assist, even with language barriers. The hotel was luxurious, with spacious and clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the bento box option for early check-out was a nice touch. The hotel also offered assistance with organizing trips and tours.

It's also conveniently situated in the Utoro area, giving easy access to the surrounding national park. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who treat you like friends. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, an in-room safe, and an electric kettle. The hotel also provides free toiletries and a television with an am/fm alarm clock. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving a delicious breakfast. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and there was even a game room for some leisurely fun.

Located in a quiet area with a view of the sea, this traditional Japanese onsen hotel has a large room with a good view. The staff is nice and helpful, and the dinner buffet has a sufficient variety of food. It offers an outdoor pool, arcade machines, and souvenir shops with handmade woodcraft.

The bathroom is tiny by Japanese standards, making it difficult to move around.

Lovely Christmas spent here! The dinner included classic Japanese food and seafood. , the hot springs were amazing, especially the spacious outdoor bath with a beautiful view. Not to mention, the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Although the hotel is located in a picturesque location, it is a bit isolated and requires a 20-minute walk to the center. there were no complimentary mineral water bottles provided, which would have been a nice touch.
